"Products" refers to all items sold through EDENBLEND, including subscriptions and curated fruit packages.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with EDENBLEND.
By placing an order, you confirm that all provided information is accurate, complete, and current.
Our services are limited to areas within our delivery range, currently focused on Mumbai and surrounding regions.
3. Placing Orders
3.1. How to Order

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3.2. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. EDENBLEND is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

3.3. Payment Terms
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using available methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other supported platforms).
All transactions are processed through secure gateways. EDENBLEND is not liable for errors originating from third-party payment processors.
4. Pricing, Discounts, and Taxes
4.1. Pricing
Prices for all products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. However, changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4.2. Discounts and Promotions
Promotions or coupon codes are subject to specific terms and conditions and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
Misuse of promotional offers may result in order cancellation or account suspension.
4.3. Taxes
Applicable GST and other taxes are included in the product price unless otherwise specified.
5. Delivery Policy
5.1. Service Area
We currently deliver to select regions within the Mumbai Western Line. Delivery to other locations may incur additional charges or may not be available.
5.2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines depend on your location and the product type. Estimated delivery dates will be communicated during checkout.
5.3. Receiving Your Order
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.
If delivery is attempted and no one is present, additional delivery charges may apply.
5.4. Ownership and Risk
Ownership and risk of the products pass to you upon successful delivery. EDENBLEND is not liable for loss or damage after delivery.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
6.1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only for:
Damaged or spoiled items.
Incorrect items delivered.
Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the order.

6.2. Refunds
Refunds are processed after verifying the claim. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6.3. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Late cancellations may not qualify for refunds.
7. Subscription Services
Subscriptions are billed as per the frequency selected (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Subscription cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery.
Discounts and offers for subscriptions are valid only for the duration of the subscription and may not be transferred or extended.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Engage in activities that disrupt the functionality of the website or app.
EDENBLEND reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform without explicit written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
While EDENBLEND strives to deliver the highest quality products and services, we are not liable for:
Delays or delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or strikes.
Minor variations in the appearance of fresh produce, as these are inherent to natural products.
Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your negligence.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the affected order.
11. Privacy and Security
Your use of EDENBLEND services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Substantial changes will be communicated through email or website notifications. Continued use of our services after changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
