At EDENBLEND, we are dedicated to delivering freshness, quality, and convenience—whether through curated fruit baskets, digital services, or gifting from abroad. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to delivery, coverage, timelines, and customer responsibilities.

A. Domestic Shipping (India – Fresh Fruits & Subscriptions)

1. Serviceable Areas
We currently deliver to specific locations within the Mumbai Western Line. Deliveries outside this zone are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Delivery Schedule
Orders placed before 8 PM IST are generally delivered within 24–48 hours.
Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and uncontrollable disruptions.
3. Delivery Charges
Free delivery for orders above ₹499.
Orders below ₹499 may attract a delivery fee between ₹50–₹80, based on the pin code and distance.
4. Delivery Instructions
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If delivery fails:
A second attempt may incur an additional charge.
Perishable items will not be held beyond 24 hours.
5. Freshness & Handling
All fruits are carefully packed using freshness-preserving materials. In case of unavoidable delays, we may substitute or refund perishable items as per our refund policy.
6. Ownership & Risk
Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon successful delivery. EDENBLEND is not liable for any loss, theft, or spoilage post-delivery.

B. Digital Services (Pan-India & International)

1. Delivery Format
Digital offerings such as e-gift cards, personalized messages, subscription vouchers, and consultations are delivered through:
SMS (India only)
2. Delivery Timeframe
Standard delivery: Within 2 to 12 hours of order confirmation.
Urgent delivery: Available on request at checkout.
3. Refund Policy
Digital services are non-refundable unless:
There is a verified technical issue preventing delivery.
Delivery was made to the wrong recipient due to our error.
C. International Gifting (Ordering from Outside India for Delivery in India)

1. Supported Countries
Customers from USA, UAE, UK, Canada, Australia, Kazakhstan, and other regions can place gifting orders for delivery to Indian recipients.
2. Eligible Products
Only non-perishable, curated items are eligible for international gifting, such as:
Premium dried fruits
Fruit leather boxes
Digital gift baskets with personalized messages
3. Payment Methods
We accept international payments via:
Credit/Debit cards
PayPal, Stripe, and Wise
Charges are processed in INR or equivalent local currency based on exchange rates.
4. Delivery Timelines
Standard Delivery: 3–6 business days
Express Delivery (Mumbai only): 1–2 business days (at an additional cost)
5. Customs & Duties
All items are shipped within India. There are no customs or export formalities required from international senders.
