  • Exchange Requests: Exchanges are allowed for cases where the wrong item was delivered or where the product was damaged during transit.

  • Eligibility Timeframe: Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of delivery to ensure quality-related concerns are valid.

  • Proof Requirement: Customers must provide clear photographic evidence of the product's condition and delivery receipt to initiate a claim.

 

2. Product-Specific Policies

 

2.1 Fresh Whole Fruits

Quality Concerns: If fresh fruits are bruised, damaged, overripe, or under-ripe upon delivery, customers may request a refund or exchange.

Ripeness Indicator Issues: If our ripeness indicator (shade strip) does not align with the fruit's actual ripeness, we will consider an exchange.

Consumption Timeline: Fresh whole fruits are perishable; refunds/exchanges will not be entertained if the issue arises due to improper storage after delivery.

Storage Advice: Store fruits in a cool, dry place or as recommended for each type of fruit to maintain quality.

2.2 Fresh Cut Fruits

Packaging Integrity: If the tamper-proof seal is broken or the packaging is damaged, the product is eligible for an exchange or refund.

Freshness Concerns: Fresh-cut fruits are packed with care, but in rare cases, spoilage during transit may occur. Customers are advised to check the product immediately upon delivery.

Storage and Consumption:

Must be refrigerated immediately upon receipt.

Consume within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds/exchanges will not apply to complaints made after the recommended consumption window.

2.3 Seasonal Fruits

Availability Adjustments: Seasonal fruits depend on market availability and weather conditions. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen supply issues, we will:

Notify the customer promptly.

Offer a substitute product of equivalent value or a refund.

Storage and Ripeness: Seasonal fruits often require specific storage and ripening conditions. We recommend following the guidelines provided with the product.

 

3. Conditions for Non-Eligibility

  • Change of Mind: Refunds or exchanges are not available for reasons such as personal preference or change of mind after delivery.

  • Improper Handling by Customer: If the issue arises due to improper storage or handling after delivery, claims will not be entertained.

  • Delivery Delays: Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as weather or traffic conditions.
